Guys anyone know how much time it requires to fix right panel of Ather ? As my approval came of insurance 7 days gone my vehicle is at SC and approval came 2 to 3 days ago why it need 1 week to just to change a panel still no update from SC @Community-experts @community-help @tarun this is the experience we get ? 2 days or 3 days to fix 3 parts and that also they are changing not fixing why it need this much time I live in Pune and given my Ather to Hadapsar SC please provide me some solution.

SC cant hand over the scooter till VDO (Vehicle Delivery Order) is sent by the insurance
Even if the repairs have been completed.

I got reply from my service advisor that 2 parts are not available they have ordered it and after receiving that part they will do some process of insurance which requires 2 days and give me the vehicle so service advisor told it will need more 4 days will be required I think can I get my vehicle early?

I had same issue, my Ather had to wait for 2 weeks at the SC only for a freaking brake lever. Everything else was fixed, but the small brake lever wasnāt in stock.
Worst experience ever and now I again have scratches on my panel while I was waiting for BodyGuard to come to stock ĀÆā \ā _ā (ā ćā )ā _ā /ā ĀÆ

If thatās the case then Iām gonna use Twitter and other social media @rohit.dalvi , @Community-experts and @community-help help me as quick you can I have waited for 1 week thatās also without any complaints so I respect your process which you have to follow but atleast speed up the process Iām a college student and Iām managing everything just to fix my vehicle you should also manage and give solution ASAP otherwise it would not need a time for me to use social media power.

hi can anyone tell me the process to claim insurance? i got slipped when riding and have deep scratched on the right side floor bard panel and the front right panel. what can I do to save money on the repair. any tips or tricks will be helpfulš

Contact your insurance company, report the accident and damage, send your vehicle to the SC. If itās cashless then they will take care of the further procedure.

If you have taken insurance from SC, then directly take the scooter to SC. They will take care of the rest.

- Get an estimate from the service center first.
- Insist they return your vehicle within 7 days, regardless of the circumstancesāitās taking more than 15 days for me.
- Check how old your vehicle is; if itās 6 months or older, expect a 5% depreciation on each part plus insurance fees of around ā¹500 to ā¹600, depending on your policy.

Hi everyone Iām new here
So I met with an accident on my Ather recently. Got the bike into Peenya Ather service center for insurance claim.
As usual this centre has bad customer service as per my experience in 1st service.
As per the claim manager only 50% claim is possible thatās what I got the news. I have godigit insurance . Vehicle is 5 months old .
Need help with insurance and other things.
Also seeing some posts regarding GST part. Any can help me out here .

How do I know whether it has zero depreciation? I canāt find it on insurance copy . Insurance is from dealer side.
Itās been 5 days pathetic Cx service from Ather. Service advisor couldnt even able to contact for anything properly . Never experienced this kind of service @ time of purchase and service.

Insurance softcopy will mailed to your mail id which you provided when buying your Ather. One Xerox copy also provided on delivery.

5 month old vehicle should ideally get 100% claim amount

Mostly when you buy insurance from Service Center, then it will have zero depreciation cover. But once check the soft copy, which is sent to your email ID. Even I had claimed insurance and it was worth 9.3K. I had to pay only ā¹ 167 from my pocket.

Nil Dep Cover is a Great Saving Feature and Right noe ICICI and TATA Aig giving it for 4th Yr too
