Hi. @abhishek.balaji sir unfortunately I’ve been on the customer service line multiple times during my order process and noticed something very annoying.
So what happens when you call customer service is that there seems to be a call limit of 10 minutes after which the call gets cut if a customer care representative is not available. I’ve been in the queue from the 8th person and just when I’m next in the queue, 10 minutes pass and poof the call cuts. This is extremely annoying, especially if you’ve waited for 10 minutes to talk to someone. I’ve experienced it about 5-6 times. Please come up with a resolution for it. It would help everyone in my opinion.
