Yeah bro the background app refresh is on. Also I found out the reason for this. It’s because Ather is using a revamped new bluetooth architecture. So if a bluetooth connection is made using BLE, when there is a call made to or from an iOS device, because iOS considers call as high priority it terminates the bluetooth connection.
I’ve seen this issue with my earbuds which use Nothing X app (built on BLE architecture) to connect to my iOS device.

In accessibility settings we need to set bluetooth as priority device this would solve the problem.
Try and let know
Settings>>>Accessibility>>>Touch>>>call routing
Set this to bluetooth headset.
