Ya they contacted me for that too i confirmed but still no delivery update and on contacting they always they that they have escalated this issue to the higher department hut still no response
Anyone ordered Halo recently? When are they delivering the new orders?
@smridhi.kalati I have ordered my Halo helmet on Ather community day and there is no single update from delivery team. Can you please escalate this to the team and expedite the delivery process.
Received HALO on 16th November. It came with wireless charger and type-C to Type-C cable. Existing Samsung fast charger with USB output didnāt work though cable output is C-type. Helpline couldnāt give solution, asked me to visit experience center. There by chance it is discovered that PD standard fast charger with type C port works. Subsequently KRATOS QC1 adapter purchased and it worked. HALO to be paired with mobile like any other Bluetooth headset. Sound quality is good. Noise cancellation in calls impressive. However power draining is a concern. Even when it is off, around 20% charge is lost in a day. The operating manual need to include more information and support staffs to know more information on the product.
