Called Ather support number mentioned on the helmet box. They have absolutely no idea what we are talking about Halo Helmet issue. They don’t even know the Halo Helmet can be connected to Ather App. Worst Experience.

For now, you can pair it with your phone via Bluetooth and use it for music/calls. Just like typical Bluetooth headphone.

Also found out that the new Halo Helmet will NOT fit inside the boot of my Ather 450X bike. What a bummer!!!

This helmet will inside a Ather Rizta! Aaaargh!!!

Hey!

The Ather App update, packed with all the Halo features will be ready shortly. Keep an eye out for the push notification. Once updated, you’ll unlock ChitChat, Music Sharing, and Equalizer settings.

In the meantime, you can still pair your Halo with your phone via Bluetooth:

  1. Long press the button to turn on your Halo.
  2. Go to ‘Bluetooth Devices’ on your phone and connect to Halo.

All Halo features except ChitChat and Music Sharing can be used before the app update.

I received call from Ather one month ago about delivery address after that no update.
