Here in banglore at shivaginager prestige building we have a point @10:45 pm i was with mom left with 20% of batty so i plugged and it was stuck in initializing for like 10 mins. I was damn disappointed eith this some how we reached home what if i had 5%. Can we answer to this.

Raise a ticket with CS via the app and the concerned team will look into this.

You could have tried unplugging the charger and inserting it again because sometimes the charger will not be inserted properly due to that the charger will not get locked or restarting the vehicle was also one option.
Maybe anything would have worked out.
