Service interval is for every 5k kms right. So for every service roughly 800/- so it could come around 1600+ and 2timesbrakepads replacement(if you use roughly) or else 1time replacement needed. Overall it’s not that great but for a safety side I suggest to consider due to hefty labour charges in Ather.

I am from Ahmedabad. my near by service centre are not aware of this plan. they are not offering Ather Care.

We need better charging infra and servicing feasibility before these plans, what’s the point of buying this plan if you’ll have to submit the bike for weeks because of the long pending queue in mumbai Service centre

No. Checked already and there isn’t an option as these places are offered by dealers through offline purchase only.

Yeah But Now Ather Care Plans are Sold as a Product by Retail Partner. But Yeah Ather should show some purchase options.

Is the free wash and polish in addition to the wash we get as part of periodic maintenance. Or its part of periodic maintenance ?

Also in car max can I ask to replace my break pad even though existing pad is not completely used ?

I don’t know about current Ather max plan.

But the service centre didn’t let me get a new one even after 10k service. I told them i wanted to get it changed coz of the plan but they told me the brakes were not gone fully and they won’t change them.

Sadly my 4k with plan was wasted

in my town, one Retail Partner is offering Ather Care Plans, but others are not. it seams that Ather willing to encourage to get it service at specific Retail Partner only, where spares are always problem.

I had a very bad experience with Service centre for annual maintenance after completing 10000km. Recently bought Ather 450S in Nov 2023 in Chandigarh city, went to service centre for annual maintenance and found that Chandigarh service has been shut down. And I would have to go to Ambala which is 65KM. Then, I went there and on my way, my vehicle skid and fell on highway and got scratches. When reached service centre, they did annual maintenance but they asked me to leave my Ather vehicle for 5 days to change body parts which had scratches as insurance company will need to do verification and approval. I was not prepared to leave scooty for 5days as I needed it in those days for important purpose. So, I visited service centre 65KM away again after few days and left it to them for 5 days. Due to heavy rain in those days, I couldn’t go after 5 days and visited after 3 weeks during September month. When I visited to pick it and reached back home, i found that there were things missing like one of round cover at bottom below foot test. Lock has been incorrectly fixed.It turns on at off position. Floor mat has been replaced with torn one of someone else. It also started making noise after few days of riding. My vehicle was kept and handled very carelessly at service centre despite being big brand and growing company. They have poor service after sales and are very careless. Now, if I want to get these things fixed, I will need to go again 65KM and come back 65KM. To much harassment.
