Ather Care - our Annual Maintenance Plans are currently being piloted in 16 select cities across the country and will launch nationwide soon.

Ather Care available in:

Ahmedabad - Bengaluru - Chennai - Delhi - Erode - Hosur - Hyderabad - Jaipur - Kozhikode - Krishnagiri - Nashik - Noida - Raipur - Thanjavur - Vizag

  • 10% discount on Wear & Tear parts - once a year
  • 10% discount on Wear & Tear labour - once a year

Ather Care Plus (1 year/10,000km)

  • 2 Free Periodic Maintenance
  • 10% discount on Wear & Tear parts - twice a year
  • 15% discount on Wear & Tear labour - twice a year
  • 1 Free Polishing
  • 1 Free Wash

Ather Care Max (1 year/10,000)

  • 2 Free Brake Pad Replacements
  • 10% discount on Wear & Tear Part Replacements - twice a year

It would have been beneficial if the pricing had also been posted here. Now we have to rely on the mercy of the service centres. PS: why not available online to purchase this? the people who have a lot of Ather credit is now going to a waste?

This would cause confusion, why not announce prices publicly. Are these going to vary based on city and service centre.

Already spare parts or replacement parts have different rates at different SC now again don’t start this.

So one can use express care and period service independent of each other in a span of 1year(or 10k kms) technically giving us 4 “free” services

Please announce the price list of packages too Otherwise Ather energy gives a big chance to service center owners to loot customers.

So basically anyone driving Ather for 10,000 or more kms should go for this. If your running is less then this shouldn’t be opted as only 1 service will occur at max. Not rightly priced again.

One service costs 800 rs incl GST. And they are charging 1600 for 2 services in one year. What’s the profit? And 10 percent discount on parts is nothing at all. I don’t count that as a benefit.

True… I have driven only 3.2k km in 8 months, i dont think it would be so beneficial to me. however, good chance that they will increase the service charges now

By the Time You can Avail the Second Service :crazy_face:

When we had Quarterly Service Pack for 944/- INR

I have done 3 Services in 90 Days for Twice (2 Packs i.e 180 Days Span)

And 2 Services in 90 Days for Twice (2 Packs i.e 180 Days Span in

@smridhi.kalati any update on if user got Ather Credits will they be able to purchase this via it ? It was long promised deal that accessories and plans we would be able to buy via credits, but now it’s forgotten @tarun .
