May be. We are looking for the specs. No such info is there.
011 = 3 So I am guessing a 3 kWh Lithium-ion battery.
Existing Ather 450 has 2.4 kWh Lithium-ion battery, so an effective increase of 25%, a conservative estimate would increase the top speed to 100 kmph and a range to 100 km.
Increased battery increases weight below the floor board, lower center of gravity, thereby better handling.

I’m predicting by the latest poster that 450X will be launched in 7 different colors on 28th.
No 9 colors already revealed in Twitter and Instagram

I will be glad if they could reach my place Kolkata early. Or if they could make me the first Atherian from Kolkata once they reach here. 
It comes with a 2.4 kWh lithium-ion battery that is claimed to offer a maximum range of 107 km on single charge. Technical details of the 450X are not known.
Looks like 88 kms for sports mode…
