I got a charger upgrade free of cost, like mine was 350w which use to take 8.5hr to charge and now I have 400w charger which takes 6/6.5 hrs to charge.

A few days ago, one of the fan blades inside the charger broke somehow, causing it to function abnormally (loud noise, overheating, and vibrations). I raised a ticket regarding the issue and was asked to visit a nearby service center. After visiting, I showed them the charger’s condition and requested a warranty repair. However, they denied it, stating that it was physical damage and wouldn’t be covered under warranty.
I then asked them to at least fix it, and I was willing to pay whatever the cost was. The fan itself could have cost around ₹40–₹50, as everything else was working fine. However, they refused and told me they don’t repair the charger box—only the plug and charging gun. The only solution they offered was to pay ₹10,000 for a replacement, which seemed unfair given the poor quality of the charger.
Frustrated, I went home and raised a ticket about my bad experience at the service center. That same day, I received a call from them asking me to visit again.
On my second visit, they told me to leave the charger at the service center and created a job card mentioning the issue. The very next day, I was informed that my charger was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I expected them to have repaired it, but to my surprise, they simply handed me a brand-new 2025 400W charger.

But Ather only provides two charger varients , one is 300W and the other is 700W know how did u get a 400W charger. And can you please tell the time it takes to charge your vechicle

The letest 2025 Ather 450s or rizta s varient come with 400w charger which takes 6.5/7hrs to charge. My privious charger which was 300w takes 8.5/9hrs to charge
