I have gAve my vehicle to service center team for inspection it’s been 15 days they haven’t yet started the inspection sayng their busy in other services mode and they dnt have enough manpower to inspect the vehicle in so it wil take more tym line to even start the inspection process later dn aftr inspection they decid on the value of vehicle n dn the money disbursed process wil start from Ather company till dn there is no update on of my issue nor the custy care help line support is thei to help i request all my college n frnds pls think twice before buying Ather due to their less manpower at service centre which realy affects after sales service

Hi, I wish to know if I can get an Ather buyback or exchange from older model to a newer one. As the mileage of my bike is very less. It’s an Ather 450x model. Bought it 2021 Jan. I wish to exchange the same for a newer bike model with better mileage
Hi, is the range that you are getting less than what you had expected before buying? or has it reduced now compared to when bought new? If it’s yes in 2nd scenario and if your vehicle is still under warranty, then you can show it to a service centre and under their battery warranty clause if your battery SoH (State of Health) is less than 70% then they will replace your battery with a new one for free.
