I have gAve my vehicle to service center team for inspection it’s been 15 days they haven’t yet started the inspection sayng their busy in other services mode and they dnt have enough manpower to inspect the vehicle in so it wil take more tym line to even start the inspection process later dn aftr inspection they decid on the value of vehicle n dn the money disbursed process wil start from Ather company till dn there is no update on of my issue nor the custy care help line support is thei to help i request all my college n frnds pls think twice before buying Ather due to their less manpower at service centre which realy affects after sales service

Daily updating on email and rasing ticket on my problem bt Ather customer care is not helping upto the mark at all simply they daily saying me they are just ignoring my problems

I’m like atleast service team hav sm kind of courtesy to call up the customer to update the customer abo his vehicle the status of custmer issue the sales team is not so fast to cm n help out the customer by updating his prblm what severe condition the customer is goin when he dnt have vehicle in his hand fr day to day daily commute atleast give the customer backup option in some or the way 15 days are very long to kep vehicle idle at service centre team sir dis is very bad service frm Ather side fr future customer value

Sir i respect ur reply bt fr me to kep patience so long tym without prpr update frm Ather side waiting fr so long period being my vehicle i Ned to beg n request to service team pls do inspection wrin they used to just kept sayng me tmwr tmwr tmwr by just kep sayng this same line daily they removed my persious 15 days due to this it caused me inconvenience fr my daily traveling basis fr my work fr me it was very struggling bt ur service team didn’t understand my prblm

Hi, I wish to know if I can get an Ather buyback or exchange from older model to a newer one. As the mileage of my bike is very less. It’s an Ather 450x model. Bought it 2021 Jan. I wish to exchange the same for a newer bike model with better mileage

Hi, is the range that you are getting less than what you had expected before buying? or has it reduced now compared to when bought new? If it’s yes in 2nd scenario and if your vehicle is still under warranty, then you can show it to a service centre and under their battery warranty clause if your battery SoH (State of Health) is less than 70% then they will replace your battery with a new one for free.

If this is wat email i rcevd frm team Ather nw see i stay in mumbai maharashtra nw team Ather is asking to cm to JP nagar Bangalore showroom fr the inspection nw just understand acrding team Ather i Ned to travel al the way to Bangalore fr inspection of my scooter frm Bombay just imagine how much trouble team Ather is giving to his customer at the tym of Buyback policy program intiative at the of selling scooter 3 years back they didnt updated this that u hav to travel to Bangalore fr inspection i request u all others frnds n college pls pls dnt refer fr buying Ather to ny of ur frnds n relatives cz their after sales service is become worst in last few years their is not proper communication btw team Ather themselves one team member update buyback program get started other team members update it’s still not started other say they dnt hav yet ny clarity on this program the real stress goes to the end custmer the buy back program which was Ned to b started by the January of this year n yet they r just feeding the email fr update n rest wn custmr reach to service center asking to get information on Buyback they dnt evn talk to us prplry just kep on ignoring us I gave my vehicle to Andheri service center fr inspection they kept the vehicle with them fr past 20 days making my battery to zero full degraded it n then wn I went fr my back valuation process they just said it will tk more 14 daes fr the valuation process to conduct the inspection so just see frnds try wat wat i have to go to give my vehicle back to Ather fr buy back program just image frnds u goin tru this horrible experience at Ather so pls pls i request u all guys n frnds serlsy go n think trice bfr buying Ather cz they charge u heavily at the tym of purchasing nw wn it’s their tym to taking back vehicle just see tru how much pain customer need s to go team Ather very kind of ur support fr ur old n valueable kindness
