We all know that the bike is excellent to ride, so I need not elaborate on that.
However, being a part of Ather’s journey in its initial days meant that there would be creases to iron out in the product. Not sure if my bike is cursed, but it’s been through a host of issues ranging from screen burn to weird electrical noises to defective seat locks.
Throughout all these issues though, I never worried because the support was always prompt. They have fixed every single issue I’ve had with my bike, and after 18 months I feel my bike is still as good (or better in my case) as new.
Yes, there are still some issues that the team is working on ironing out, but without hesitation I can recommend an Ather because we can rely on their support if things go wrong.
