Guys i have purchased Ather 450x Hr top model 3.7kwh and in that vehicle the headlight is in blue color mixed with white and also at night very worst visibility and not at all visible of the road and front coming vechile and i should be replaced…
Very worst experience from Ather and not good to buy Ather for other people also… @smridhi.kalati

Ask your ASC to adjust the height level of the lights. Its in default position which is useless.

I went to service center told them my headlight is blue colored and also told them to adjust the headlight but they did not did and told me give us time till tuesday we will tell like they told…

Is this normal, or am I chewing through the belt?
There is also a tuk-tuk sound coming from the rear, when reversing the scooter by foot. Its as if the belt is snapping into place again and again.

My scooter used to tuk-tuk sound while driving, when I got it checked the rear belt was missing some teeths.

got my 450x hr few days ago, noticing that whenever i coast my scooter randomly starts regen for a split second sometimes more for no apparent reason, turned coasting regen off not using brakes or even twisting throttle opposite side, it’s causing very jerky ride is it a software issue or do i have to get the scooter repaired

seems like the free play in the throttle of my bike activates regen as well, won’t get that fixed as it seems to be better than twisting the throttle which is super hard will just release throttle slowly when coasting and give the smallest twist to activate regen when braking

tried coasting regen on my 450x gen 4 today it’s so much more stronger than the non existent twist to regen why can’t twisting regen be as strong? i believe we need the option to choose current sensitivity and another high sensitivity (as strong as coasting regen) sensitivity for twist regen

why do they even have a feature request section here , maybe they take these requests to make it into a new gen product and avoid pushing those to perfectly fine older gen vehicles with how expensive Ather is now compared to other offerings idk how they can even survive when the old gen customers also won’t buy a new Ather now due to poor treatment they get
