I went to my 15k service recently. They didnāt say anything about removing the protective plate that is there on the belly of the scooter below the battery. But they removed. When i asked them they said a redesigned cover is going to be launched by the company which will be installed by them at a later date. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

They must have replaced the cover with new cover as well, not just removed it from what Iāve seen from other customers info

I have given my vehicle in SC for like more than a month now. My vehicle suddenly went to limp mode and they found some problem with the battery so they have send it to bengaluru and since then there has be no update on when will I get my vehicle back. Ather is slowly showing signs similar to OLA sc.
This post is my last attempt to do anything regarding getting my vehicle service status update and then I guess I have to forgot about my vehicle that it even existed.

Either ur battery pack is getting reworked or itās waiting to get a new battery pack it self if the rework was not good enough. Any updates on the status like if itās getting reworked or just waiting for new pack ?

Bro, they were asking for 2,200/
1500 for the mud-guard and 700 labour.
They also asked me 2,200 for the belt, saying that it was not covered under warranty as the belt was damaged by a small piece of stone.

Heyi want to ask a thing regarding vechile
I am experiencing some force in handle which feels like vechile is not able to be turned (tilted) ie not flexible like normal ride , all body of scooter become some what unmovable, then slight movement in handle cause high sensitive movement in tyres which goes like zigzag
This often at some time at speed which is dangerous especially at rainy time , vechile get out of control
Then randomly I feel while stopping vechile
,Vechile is having a tilt or an angle while breaking ie vechile stop like skidding but actually it doesnot skid
Tyre are new
Idk what the issue is can you help on this issue

I think Racerkit or Front Wheel bearing maybe Gone
Then only you feel this issue, I had this Issue once and Verified Front Wheel Bearing gone

I paid in full for 450X and TPMS on 22 May 2025. Got TPMS installed on 23 May 2025 and vehicle was delivered on the same day. Till today TPMS is not activated. I reminded service center guys many times I called Ather CC on phone, they said āwe will let you know when itās resolved, but didnāt give any time frame. What should I do? @smridhi.kalati @chef.arun7

I submitted a ticket over the App prior to calling customer care over the phone, but that ticket is not showing up in my āopen ticketsā section in the app. Ather 450X is a premium product, but After-Sales Service and Customer Care has a lot of room for improvement and is a no-match for the product.
