Same here really frustrated with the Indore service centre people despite of calling them to fix on problem of brake sensor or rear wheel during service they failed to fix and one more time they visited my office and spent 2hrs to fix but same day evening same issue started, and now I m calling them they are not willing to come and fix. Totally waste of time and money. Please help Ather team @rohit.dalvi

last Monday while raing I was going to my office and my Ather hit a invisible pothole (gaddha) very hard and itâs plastic sheet which placed at the ground clearance got broken⌠anyone know? whatâs the name of that part and what is the price at service centre?

Toque machine to adjust the handle is not available in Hyderabad nagole pride service center. I have been waiting for more than 1 month. I am contacting them but they are delaying. because of handle issue I canât ride my scooter confidently.
can you please check on this.

Brother same issue I faced a month ago i fought with Ather and service centre and finally replaced entire coneset in warranty. Please contact directly to service manager Mr khaja he may help you regarding this. Else raise your voice against Ather in Twitter.

Hi everyone,I wanted to share my recent experience with Ather service at the Ather Space - Electric Scooter Experience Center (Palal Mobility) in Vytilla, kochi. I took my Ather 450X in for its third periodic service at 15,000 kilometers on the 24th and reported that the scooterâs cone set was making a sound.
I was informed that there might be a delay of three days due to the cone set issue. I still canât understand why a cone set replacement would take this long, but I still havenât received my vehicle back.
I havenât received any proactive updates from the service team, and Iâve had to call them multiple times for information. Today, I was told to wait until Monday. This delay is really frustrating, and Iâm disappointed with the Ather service.
While Ather isnât competing with Ola in terms of new features, they are certainly providing tough competition when it comes to poor customer service.
Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Ohh if u ware to listen to my story u would go crazy On 3k ish the handle started to make noise when applied brakes called up rsa and they fixed it then it
occurred again at 4870k ish kms they fixed it again
Then again at 10k then in 14k ish then at 15k
Then finnally 4 days back at 19780k going back and forth explaining whatâs going on and showing him all those past history of not properly fixing the issue
They finnally decided to replace the nut and the whole assembly it was fully striped of threads it was all striped and dents by all those past half effort fixing
Am really shocked how free the handle is now itâs day and night difference
I was also informed that u shouldnât hard brake using front brakes so be careful
Also have to make an visit again as now the lockthing wonât properly lock untill u slightly move the handle left and right to properly lock the vehicle and safely remove the key

I donât remember but the new SC at Wilson garden is sooo good they really take care of ur vehicle really good unlike some other who wonât even listen properly
Also on this point am seeing many issues like this in forum tooo idk whatâs happening with the front handle thing come sets

Happening with me. Lock doesnât works properly. Though the service centre moves the handle left and right and says its working alright. It locks like this only.
Also the handle feels so tight compared to my activa

Same for me, it locked me out completely once and the full lock set was replaced. But the new lock also having the same issue.
Do you use seat cover? Try without seat cover, I feel it works fine w/o seat cover.

Update: Got my vehicle back yesterday, and they did a good jobâthe scooter feels brand new when Iâm riding it. However, the strangest thing is that the coasting regen was working seamlessly in my Gen 3. I stopped to check if they did any software update, but the scooter is still on version 5.12. I have no idea how this happened, and now after completing that ride it isnât working anymore.

Found the service station JP nagar it was bad donât know how itâs now
But that service guy is legendary anything happens to the vehicle
We will fix it 
We can claim insurance

Check if somthing is wrong with brakes Few if us thought it was a bug that gave us coasting regen
