Hey Guys, My Ather after 25K service, noticed that after service , faced range drop issues until then no issues at all. Then the right next day did range test and found that I was only getting 70km range with 100% in smart eco mode. Then visited service centre mentioned that after 25k service faced range drop issues, after a day they responded back saying battery has fried we will replace the battery with a new one and waiting period around 20 days.

Waiting Period is Decent for you bro. Better You take back your Vehicle and Wait till the New Battery comes.
Then Drop yours and Get it fixed.

Yeah they asked me to take my vehicle back ride it , still in case if i face drain issue then they asked me to get it so that they would fit a donor battery until a new one arrives

May I know how do you know the battery health…? When I ask Service Centre team always they told me your battery health is good. I drove My vehicle 89k.so I want to know the degradation
